Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@pawytail.com within 7 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
