Does it work during power outages?

Yes! The feeder uses an external power supply and switches to battery backup automatically. It can last up to 30 days on batteries.

Is the camera live and does it have night vision?

The camera streams live HD video to your phone via the app. It supports real-time monitoring but does not have night vision.

What types of food can I use?

The feeder is designed for dry food or kibble with a diameter of 2–14mm. Wet or moist food is not recommended.

How do I clean the feeder?

The grain barrel is detachable. Simply remove it and rinse under warm water. Clean regularly to keep food fresh and safe.
